We’re so excited to welcome you back to Camp Cherry Valley! This summer, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix of classic camp traditions and brand-new experiences. We’ve added updated facilities like a refreshed Dining Hall and a new Trading Post to make your time at camp even better.

While some things may look new, you’ll still find the same friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and unforgettable adventures that make Camp Cherry Valley so special.

Camp Costs
Deposit Due at Registration: $500 (non-refundable)
Scouts BSA Camper: $1,000 total (can be paid in 4 payments of $250)
Adult Leaders: $750 total (2 payments of $188 and 2 of $187)
Save 10% if you pay in full when registering!

Cancellations & Refund Policy
All Camp Cherry Valley-related cancellations and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, per the refund amounts outlined below;
75% of the total registration will be refunded; 30 days or more from the event start date
50% of the total registration will be refunded; 15 days to 29 days out from the event start date
25% of the total registration will be refunded; 14 days or less from the event start date
90%-100% can be refunded, provided for a medical or other confirmed reason

The Initial Deposit to hold your Registration is non-refundable.
